Influence1 and Educational Management: As school systems across the country seek improvements to public education, no school is immune to the lack of resources-both human and financial. Influence1 works with educators, schools and systems to improve the quality of public education while understanding the importance of the bottom line-student success. This collaborative approach is bound by reciprocal responsibility, innovative freedom, and assessable results.

Influence1’s goals are to ensure that all students develop knowledge, skills and values to become contributing citizens within their respective communities and beyond. This goal is realized in the founding of City University School of Liberal Arts .  Created as a college preparatory high school with a liberal arts core and operated as a Center of Excellence for Student Development, City University serves to benefit Memphis and its community of students. This effort is enhanced by the school's work with The College Board to build a curricular foundation to better prepare its students for transition into post secondary education.
